The Uptown location is my favorite as everyone there is super nice and friendly… Staff is super helpful and will answer ALL questions if you have any…. I hated going to the dentist as a kid as my hometown’s selection wasn’t to big and definitely didn’t care much about being as pain free as possible for routine cleanings and minor procedures. Decided to give Mint a chance when I first moved to Dallas from college(TXST…Eat Em Up) and have been going back every since. The staff will go over everything that they’re about to do and genuinely care about your well being as well as taking care of you. On Wednesday, I got a thorough deep cleaning done and Sonny/Sunny(sorry for the typo😬) did a fantastic job with zero pain and walked me through the whole process making sure I was good and completely comfortable. It was my first time here. I was expecting bare bones but the practice is beautiful. Clean and designed well. But the best part is the staff. From the receptionist being welcoming to the amazing dentist. I saw Dr. Joshi. Highly recommend requesting her or going to whichever location she is at. She went above and beyond. I came in with tooth pain. I was 100% sure I would need a root canal, but Dr. Joshi instead did a full exam and recommended a deep cleaning with a special toothpaste trial first. She is very conservative and doesn’t recommend unnecessary intervention. I trust her judgment. I will definitely be following her for future care! More

Dr. Spence at Mint Denistry is the best Denist in uptown in the Dallas Metro plex area. She is Professional and brilliant..the office staff kindness overwhelms you.. they make you feel so very comfortable and at home. After my teeth cleanings and my crown and my partial-plate it fit perfectly,. It doesn't hurt my mouth. It fits perfectly. and they give you great gifts perks like sun glasses, toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, clear traveling bags,s nacks.I Love going there..can't wait to go back in six months for my cleaning. The entire Uptown team is superb 👌🏾 👏🏽 🙌🏽. Amazing customer service from the the time you walk in the door. The minty (no pun intended) /eucalyptus / spa smell as you walk in the door is so tranquilizing. Emily is so personable and makes you feel clam as she is cleaning your teeth. Dr Spence is the only reason I drive 45 minutes to the uptown location instead of a Mint by my house. For years I’ve avoided the dentist because I have bad anxiety & every dentist before Dr Spence was very rude and judgmental. She doesn’t make me feel bad or judge me and she is so nice & answered all of my questions so I understood everything. If you have dentist anxiety, go to Dr Spence!!!! I can’t stress it enough. Also obsessed with the free whitening trays and gel. It makes me want to just come in for a cleaning all the time just to get more gel lol. It actually has whitened my teeth a lot & combining that with everything Dr Spence has done for me, I finally feel more confident in my smile. They know I’m not rich lol so they never pressure me for things I don’t need just to get money from me, if I don’t really need it they tell me & i appreciate that. Thank you Dr Spence!!!! More

Came in for a cleaning, had some tooth pain and they were able to do a crown same day!! Front staff were friendly, helpful and gave me billing that was easy to understand and transparent, dental assistants and hygienists were great and I even had some awesome conversations during my visit. The dentists fixed my tooth and even with a temporary crown I’m feeling so much better. Tooth pain is a horrible experience, and Mint made it all better. Thank you all for what you do! More

Ok, so I posted a horrible review yesterday about my scheduling experience with Mint and instead of editing it I wanted to delete it and begin brand new because that's how great the Uptown Dallas office was and turned me into a believer again today. After my one star review, I received a call almost instantly this morning from Jenna the office manager, sincerely apologizing for the whole thing. She heard me out, listened to my frustrations and accepted my constructive criticism. She was truly eager to make me happy again and her positive intentions were 100% genuine. She confirmed all my insurance questions I had originally been inquiring about and I went in today for my cleaning and everyone in the office treated me amazingly well. Dr. Spence is a total sweet heart, very knowledgable and quick, but precise with her treatment plant. My hygienist went on to give me the best cleaning I've had in years and when leaving, my normal goody bag was full of all sorts of extras like the new Mint full sized charcoal tooth paste, new whitening trays and extra whitening gel. WOW Mint, just WOW in the best way possible. I even learned some things from your patient response today that I will happily incorporate in the doctor's office that I work for. Thank you Jenna and the entire Uptown office today, I'll see y'all in June. More

Always a great experience! I was in and out for my annual cleaning in under an hour. Everyone (from check-in, to Doctor, to hygienist) was super friendly and welcoming. It sounds silly, but the goody bag is always fun to take home, now more so since they let you pick a toothpaste flavor. The very best thing about this place, though, is that I never feel like they're trying to 'upsell' me with dental procedures or dramatize issues where there are none. I didn’t have an appointment and needed to get in for a cleaning and a quick check up while I had a day off they were able to get me in within 15 minutes of me calling them. Well, last Friday...Good Friday that is, I decided to go to the UPTOWN location. It is a very nice place and the staff is very friendly but the staff is forgetful too....Lol. They forgot to give me my bag after my cleaning. That is the highlight of my visit. Getting my treat bag means so much to me. I didn't get my new whiten tube, my travel toothpaste, my floss, my new toothbrush......I am so sad.😢. They are and forever will be my dentist office but I need them to remember, just remember please. More

I love this place! I came here because I was having teeth sensitivity and nerve pain. I got a next day appointment and when I checked in I got in and to the back within 10 minutes. I had an awesome experience at MINT dentistry! They did a new patient work up, X-rays, cleaning, teeth molds, the whole 9 yards. And it was QUICK too! Also they offer free whitening trays with PPO insurance, pretty awesome. Everyone is so professional. Would recommend! More

Joe explained everything to me as we went through new patient process. But best part for me was teeth cleaning. I usually feel a lot of discomfort, but Sonny did an amazing job. Got a last minute appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and friendly. The whole process was very easy and fast. I was taken back to begin my x-rays within 2 minutes of finishing my paperwork. Vivianna was very nice and did a great job on explaining everything. Love, love, that staff.Well, last Friday...Good Friday that is, I decided to go to the UPTOWN location. It is a very nice place and the staff is very friendly but the staff is forgetful too....Lol. They forgot to give me my bag after my cleaning. That is the highlight of my visit. Getting my treat bag means so much to me. I didn't get my new whiten tube, my travel toothpaste, my floss, my new toothbrush......I am so sad.??. They are and forever will be my dentist office but I need them to remember, just remember please. More
